Message: After unsuccessfully trying to pipe in a new water pressure tank to our water well, we knew we needed to call the professionals. I’m so glad we called 3D! They were so quick and professional—explained everything thoroughly, kept the piping neat, and even stayed way past quitting time to make sure we had water that day. The price was also good for the work done and they were honest when we were accidentally overcharged. I wish I remembered the name of the two guys who came out to fix the well—they were great! Thanks, y’all for all around great service!

Message: 3Ds is phenomenal. Caleb and the guys are great. I haven't had a bad experience yet. They're quick, efficient, honest, and they'll give you a heads up if you might need to replace something in the future, instead of forcing you to do it right then. Unless it's necessary. Which sometimes, it is.

Message: Had 3Ds come out to fix a leaky shower head that turned out to be a more complicated repair. They were able to fit the repair in same day without having to reschedule and us not having a shower. I'd recommend 3Ds for any plumbing concerns.

Message: Had my faucet changed in the bathroom, had the shut off valves replaced. and had some copper piping replaced in the wall. Good: They get you scheduled same day and call ahead. The plumbers are friendly and on time. They are very detailed in explaining what they are going to do and have you sign a paper if they have to cut into your wall or dig on your property.. Bad: They had to come out 3 times to fix the leaking drain. The website says 24 hour emergency service but they do not consider it an emergency if a leak is due to them not fixing your drain the first time, even if water floods your bathroom floor. They made it known they do not appreciate being called at 10pm because your bathroom is flooded due to them not fixing the drain the first time. (I work odd hours and it was the time I got home and discovered the leak. ). Gross: After sweating the copper pipes the plumber dunked paper towels into our toilet bowl to wet them to cool down the pipes.

Message: These guys are absolutely amazing! They came out in under an hour of being called on the day before Thanksgiving. Took care of the issue in very timely and efficient manner. Very professional would definitely recommend.

Message: I had been waiting on an Abilene company for 6 weeks with no luck and was getting extremely frustrated. This company was top notch from the very beginning. Woman on the phone was polite, organized and informed. She knew exactly what equipment and trucks were needed to fix my problem. They came to repair my clogged septic exactly when they said they would and it was done professionally! Very polite men and I was glad to pay the trip charges from San Angelo to Abilene. Would definitely recommend!
